Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days aftng your Elvoroa red light therapy device to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your Elvoroa device must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at elvoroa@yahoo.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your device. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your device is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at elvoroa@yahoo.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, any Elvoroa device that has been used cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on items purchased at a discount or as part of a final sale promotion.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged unit, we will exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at elvoroa@yahoo.com with photos of the issue and your order details.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, yo have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your device must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
